Rockstar Games complaint: i buy a vehicle, my game crashes i dont have vehicle but i dont have money either

My complaint:

on gta i spent 2.5million on a helicopter but my game crashed right after and when i loaded it up again my money and helicopter were gone

Suggested solution:

giving at least my 2.5 million back
