Rockstar Games complaint: Horrible Customer service and tickets open for months

My complaint:

I’ve had multiple tickets open with support for months, one since January. Game crashes on Ps5 every time I report a player through in game means. Doesn’t matter if it’s cheating, hate speech, etc. I’ve cleared the coaches, rebuilt the data base, and everything they’ve suggested numerous times and still not fixed. Cannot provide video proof because the game play recording stops when it crashes.

I’ve been having my CEO warehouses raided while in passive, though forcibly removed from passive, and even defended the warehouses, still not registered as a CEO, and it will not register correctly. I’ve lost millions of in game currency and wasted literal days of real time due to this issue. It has carried over from the Ps4, to the Ps4 version on Ps5, and on to the Ps5 version. The ticket has multiple videos showing the issue.

Suggested solution:

Fix the issues. Get rid of cheating players. Compensation of in game currency of spent gta$, compensation for missed profits of gta$, and some grand gesture or a huge, tens of millions of gta$, payout for time wasted due to their issues.
