My complaint:
On October 26th I was notified that rockstar had suspended my account for some unknown reason. I assumed it is because of rockstar’s claim of me breeching the code of conduct as stated in the terms of condition. I have never been in violation of the code of conduct or terms of conditions. I submitted a ticket (as seen below)….

My social club account name is xxxxx. My question is as follows…. For what
specific reason was my account suspended? According to the message I received
I somehow violated the terms of service. I would like to know the specifics of
how and when this infraction occurred. I have been in the past a gm for swg and
a game tester for several game (apb reloaded, starwars galaxies, and
world of warplanes to name a few.). I have strived to avoid any and all modders
that I know of by logging into friend only servers. I have done nothing that
would give me an unfair advantage by abusing any game mechanics. I have read
that your decisions are final but CAN be placed in error. I believe that this
is the case with my account. I would like this investigated if there is an
infraction I would like to know the specific time of day and day of this infraction. Thank you

I wish to further add that I know everyone claims to be innocent of any wrong
doing, and I am no different. That is not the case here as I have not violated
any of the terms of conduct as stated in the terms of service. I have NOT
posted anything anywhere except for screenshots in discord, I understand what
the terms relate to for most in-game situations. Therefore I am requesting
politely that it be explained to me as to when and how I broke the any of the
terms of service. Finally, I do wish to know exactly what it is that I
supposedly did to warrant this suspension, if only to not ever do it again and
thus gain a permanent ban. I await your timely reply thank you.

All GTA Online accounts that violate the End User License Agreement andor Terms of Service are subject to suspension or permanent banning depending on the severity or volume of actions performed on the account.
When accounts are suspended or banned, the associated characters are wiped. When this happens any remaining Shark Card funds remain on the account but all other progress is removed.
If you have any unrelated issues that we can assist with, please let us know. This ticket will now be closed since we do not provide further details about our security detections or the security actions taken on players’ accounts.

If you take notice you will see that rockstar at no time discloses what it was that I violated in order to gain the suspension. As we know Rockstar’s detectionsecurity systems were recently damaged. I am suggesting that the same detectionsecurity systems are sending false positive results up the line.
Such an incident occurred to me when doing the cayo perico heist, on Oct 18th, 2022 between the hours of 21:11 and 21:45 local time. I knew instantly that something was wrong when the opening cut scene for the longfin entry (main dock) had no longfin in it. When the session started I found myself at the edge of the map in the water. I quickly noticed that an aircraft carrier was spawned-in some distance from my location by rockstar. The heist was restarted again with the same result. On the third restart our longfin appeared and again the carrier was there. This time I did take a look, upon arrival I explored the carrier as there were no npc’s and no loot inside. When I arrived on the flight deck I attempted to enter the aircraft on the deck. To my surprise they flew. It was at this point I remembered that a video existed of someone flying a Mark 2 on the island. I assumed it was the same glitch. Yes a little fun was had flying the aircraft but when the flying was over the instance was restarted. The carrier was still there after the last restart but was ignored for the rest of the heist. Thus since no monetary advantage was gained by its presence, because it was NOT used after the last restart. So again no rules of conduct were broken. Since no rules of conduct were broken this incident it cannot be the one in question. I have screenshots documenting all of this and will gladly provide copies via private channels. I do NOT want to know anything about their detection systems as it is a security feature, and none of my concern. All evidence pertaining to this matter will be transmitted along private channels .
However I do wish to know exactly what it is that I did, so as to not repeat it, whatever it was.
Suggested solution:
My account should be unbanned and re-instated without prejudice and with all monies and items returned as they were at the time of the suspension.
Only because of this current difference of opinion my rating is as you see a one, but normally it is about a 4.5
