Regus complaint: Duplicate invoice mistake and auto renew contract

My complaint:

On 13 Jun 2023, I having discussion with Ms Fidah regarding my duplicate invoices and termination contract issue. We have run through the invoices and realised there are duplicate charges and late payment charge on unreasonable timing. The invoice cycle is messy and confusing. After discussion, Ms Fidah help me to send our discussion matter to the help desk. However, the help desk is trying to play a fool and doesn’t look into the matter we discussed previously. I was disappointed and would like to settle this issue without any further delay. Thanks.

Suggested solution:

I would like to request the account department to sit down with me to explain the invoice cycle and reimburse me the unnecessary duplicate invoice charge to me me, and to waive off the invoice from July onwards, because my contract period is from Jan to June only.
