Red Lobster complaint: WORST Server EVER!!

My complaint:

We took our 15-year-old granddaughter to Red Lobster to celebrate the end of summer and return to school. Unfortunately, our server, Sarah D., was the worst that we have ever experienced at a Red Lobster restaurant!! SLOW to come to our table; SLOW to bring drinks; SLOW to provide straws… We ordered Mussels and asked for extra sauce. When the mussels were finally delivered, they were cold, shriveled in the shell, and void of sauce. Sarah had disappeared. I had to get up out of our booth, chase someone down, explain my complaint, and hand them the plate of dry, cold mussels. When the mussels were returned to us, they were the same shriveled mussels with a blob of additional sauce. NOT appetizing! When our meals were finally delivered, I asked for parmesan cheese for my dinner. It never arrived. We waited too long for our bill… I finally had to get out of my seat (again!) and chase someone down to ask for our bill. A horrible experience!!

Suggested solution:

We spent more than $100. We should be reimbursed for at least $100.
