Razer complaint: Razer Basilisk Ultimate Mouse purchased from Incredible Connection at the Pavilion 29122020 – URGENT PLEASE

My complaint:

We purchased the abovementioned mouse at the Incredible Connection Store at the Pavilion here in Durban on the 29122020.

1stly when we started communicating with Incredible Connection about the problem we are experiencing the date was 7 July 2021 (as per attached emails). So firstly the product was not even 6 months old when we first approached Incredible Connection and secondly the Razer Products carry a 2 year warranty.

We attach herewith the emails between Incredible Connection and ourselves as well as the report they sent us with the last email received from them being 3 August 2021. We have also attached the proof of purchase.

When viewing the report that they sent with the email dated 3 Aug 2021 – all of which is attached to this email however I herewith have pasted a screenshot of the part we are referring to:

Looking at the above – 1stly under no circumstances was any attempt made to stick the feet back. Secondly knowing full well the product is not yet 6 months old and 3rd being fully aware that Razer carries a 2 year warranty – why would we ever contemplate doing something like this which we know would make any warranty null and void?

Before purchasing any product we always always check what warranty the product holds.

If they want to claim some attempt was made at sticking the feetskates back – this attempt was not from our side. Who is to say they themselves did not try and stick feet back so that they would not need to refund us the R3499.00? We certainly would never do that, have never done that type of thing because we are not dishonest people. We have brought numerous things to you for your kind assistance in the past and not once have we been found to be negligent. Our claims have all been valid. As you should have found all dealing are always done above board and nothing underhanded is ever at play.

We kindly ask for your assistance in this matter because R3500.00 is a large sum of money to lose and our Son saved up for a long time to be able to afford this mouse.

Please let us know if there is anything you may require to be able to assist us.
