My complaint:
In November I have contacted razer because my razer book stoped working. I then sent it to the repair center in Germany so it could be repaired. After a week that they have received my device they have contacted me to that my laptop had been fixed (4th of December 2023) and that I would be receiving it back soon. Since then I haven’t had any updates on the ETA and kept on receiving the same email when I asked for updates. If no email was sent back, I would receive an automated email saying my case would be closed as they haven’t heard back from me.
Suggested solution:
Sending back my device
