Qatar Airways complaint: Left in pain, Qatar no help

My complaint:

Dear Sir’s.
I am extremely disappointed with your company.
so much so that I dare not even try to take my baggage home with me, I cannot bear to go through the same pain and embarrassment you put me through departing Edinburgh 19th of June 2022 at 14.45 flight QR030 into Doha. I had booked assistance, there was none.
Even though I was the only person at the check in gate { I was the first } and no one else waiting to check in.
I asked if my Grandson could come and help me with proof of Covid vaccinations eg, as I was having difficulty finding all the info needed on my phone.
I was told No he cannot. You are booked Business Class and he is in Standard.
I found that disgusting. Then I was told to lift my suitcase on to the conveyer belt, I could not do this. I was left in pain and embarrassed. Eventually as I was struggling to find hard copies to produce, I asked if there was anyway they could assist me and give Mr Findlay Adams an upgrade.

They told me to step aside as there was now a man waiting to check in but Findlay was allowed to join me. No one offered me a seat I was nearly in tears with pain.
I was eventually { after being moved around out of peoples way} told that they can help. I had to pay £1,173.00 then Mr F Adams would be allowed to assist me.
I am a 72yr old and my Grandson at 19yrs is an apprentice, so not on much money. His Uncle Mr S McConnell had paid for his flights out to Australia and back to Edinburgh.
I was left with no choice but to ask my Grandson if he could manage to pay half of the amount your company wanted to get us to Doha. He was left with no choice either, stating you cannot do it on your own Grandma. We do not have a disposable income. I was left with no choice but to pay.
You could have easily given him an upgrade after the disgusting way I had been treated as there was 3 unoccupied seats in business. I was told you were supposed to be an excellent Airway. You most certainly are not. You are the worst I have ever travelled with. As you will probably treat me with the same contempt on my return journey, 10th Sept 2022. Perth to Doha. I will only have carry on baggage. Oh and by the by , why do you make it so difficult for customers to complain.

Suggested solution:

Treat people better and do not insist they pay for help.
Also a refund {NO Chance }
