My complaint:
Hello,
I bought a shirt from your Stratford store on Monday that was faulty. The self checkout machine did not print a receipt.
I can legally take it back and ask for an exchange if it’s faulty. Your store manager, who was incredible rude said I couldn’t do without a receipt. That’s not correct. That’s against UK law. I work in UK law. I know!
She wouldn’t give me a contact either and told me to look online. She was so rude if never return to any of your shops ever again.
So…give me my money back otherwise I’ll take this to trading standards. I only wanted an exchange, but this has left such a disgusting taste that I will never return to one of your shit stores again.
And for the manager today 18:00, she needs some training on A) UK law, B) customer services C) how to talk to people.
If I don’t hear back by next week i’ll take this to the FOS!
