Publix complaint: Bad customer service and discrimination

My complaint:

Today I went to Publix pharmacy to pick up my husband’s prescriptions, I was the only customer at that moment and the Pharmacist Carrie Barriere told me that they need more information about my husband because they don’t have any records of him, I provided everything she asked me and then she asked me to wait about 20 minutes in order to get the medication ready. I told her no problem because I was planning to buy other products in the supermarket. I came back about 25 minutes later and I sat near to the pharmacy counter in case the meds were ready , I wait about 10 more minutes and I approached her saying that I was there . She ignored me and was filling bags with medication for multiple people and right after a lady arrived to the counter and she filled her meds and then I realized she ignored what I said. I approached the counter and I ask the assistant about my husband’s medication and they were ready time ago.
I really think this is unacceptable because the patient were waiting for this medications and they were ready, actually the pharmacy was empty. I believe that is important to review the mental situation of your employee because it’s no fear that I spent almost 1 hour and my husband waiting for his medications.

Suggested solution:

I believe that is important to let your employees know that the pharmacy is an area very important and it’s not fear to let a patient wait an unnecessary time to take their medication like my husband did it today. The pharmacy was empty and she just ignored me. She had attitude since the first moment I get there.
