My complaint:

Hello I received my package in the mail. I have a lot of complaints about shipping, product packaging and product quality. First off I put the Graco Swing together 3 times to make sure I didn’t make the same mistake, but without hesitation I noticed all 3 times this swing absolutely does not work!!!!!
When I received it I undid the packaging to find the wrapping paper is 2 walmart bags and a USED,EMPTY BAG OF PIZZA CRUSTS!!! This Is unacceptable and probably the reason my baby swing does not WORK. Shipping took over 2 and a half weeks to get and I was not notified when it was at my doorstep which I should have been notified about. I would like a full refund!!!! This is ridiculous and I would like to send it back to the owner ASAP or throw it away because it was a waste of my time and my MONEY.I have notified the seller but no contact has been made to reach back to me…My name is Jessica Adley and my email is , phone number ia 7176735412
