My complaint:

Hello I received my package in the mail. I have a lot of complaints about shipping, product packaging and product quality. First off I put the Graco Swing together 3 times to make sure I didn’t make the same mistake, but without hesitation I noticed all 3 times this swing absolutely does not work!!!!!
When I received it I undid the packaging to find the wrapping paper is 2 walmart bags and a USED,EMPTY BAG OF PIZZA CRUSTS!!! This Is unacceptable and probably the reason my baby swing does not WORK. Shipping took over 2 and a half weeks to get and I was not notified when it was at my doorstep which I should have been notified about. I would like a full refund!!!! This is ridiculous and I would like to send it back to the owner ASAP or throw it away because it was a waste of my time and my MONEY.I have notified the seller but no contact has been made to reach back to me…My name is Jessica Adley and my email is jadley5192@gmail.com , phone number ia 7176735412
