My complaint:

I sell watch’s I have over 500 5 star rating .. I sold a watch to a customer .. she has my name my address and number on the shipping label already … she ask what to do if her battery goes dead on her new movado watch .. I told her to save my info and look me up on social media so if the battery ever goes dead to let me know and I’ll replace it for free since Merceri doesn’t offer any way to talk to seller after the transaction and now they want to kick me off .

I didn’t do anything wrong beside offer customer service to my customer but also it’s there customer .. read tons of my reviews I make your company a good place to shop with very good deals and very happy customers which in turn bring customers .. on top of that I’ve sold over 50k in items at 13% you are doing very well.
