My complaint:
January 12,2024, I requested an EXTENSION to July 25th to 28th trip for an EXTRA day to the 29th. Extension 46520858517 was given for January 29th of July 29th. I gave approval thinking I heard him give me the proper date which was not so. Help me get my $165.97 refund.
Suggested solution:
Listen to the taped message and see I was not given my request. Bottom line even though I gave approval to mishearting the ation.
