My complaint:
I paid for priority delivery to get food in a timely manner. Then when the delivery person decided to delivery to an area much farther than where I live, it was clear the food was going to arrive very late and cold. I tried resolving the issue and said I don’t want cold food. They cancelled my order and stated they were charging me for the food AND NO food was delivered to me.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund for food I never received.
