My complaint:
I cannot tell you how many times I have tried to go to this Popeyes restaurant and order a chicken sandwich only to be told that they are out of them. The same thing has happened a couple of times when I tried to order a chicken meal. It’s like going to gas station and being told that there is no gas. It just doesn’t make any sense. They should at least post a sign somewhere so your patrons will know better than to sit in the drive through line only to drive off in disappointment after waiting 5-10 minutes. They’re not even apologetic about it. Incompetence rules at this Popeyes location. The only reason I keep going back is because it’s so close to my office and the food is so good. The lack of service and indifference shown by the people who work there is simply astounding. The fact that this continues to go on without resolution is even more astounding.
Suggested solution:
I'm not sure what the exact cause of the problem is, but the last thing a Popeyes restaurant should be doing during the busy lunch hour is running out of food to serve and making people angry. Sounds like poor planning on someone's part. Where's the oversight at this restaurant? I'm not usually one to complain, but someone is failing miserably at their job.
