Popeyes complaint: Rudeness and discriminatory

My complaint:

I visited this store on January 29, 2022. I returned my drinks the next day because the drinks were not prepared correctly. I did not check my food or drinks before I left the drive trough and I live a fair distance from the store. I asked if I could have my full order filled because of the issues with orders, including being given the wrong receipt for 1 of my orders. The person that helped me said that she would honor my request. The manager was very rude to me and did not honor my request. I asked for my money back for the drinks. The manager refused to refund my money. 1 of the cashiers was laughing at my situation. The manager was on the phone with someone and said It is always the OLD PEOPLE that causes trouble. This action made me feel depressed and angry. The manager called the police and I am still devastated and in shock. I am a disabled veteran with PTSD.

Suggested solution:

I think that the manager's actions were unprofessional and not warranted. I think that the comments about old people is grounds for termination. I think the cashier should be terminated for making fun and laughing at my very serious situation. I think that Popeyes should give me an apology. I think Popeye's should make sure that no-one is ever treated the way that I was treated today. I struggled staying composed while I was driving home after these incidents.
