My complaint:
We never eat at Popeyes in Calhoun because their food is so spicy and their parking lot is always empty. I know why it is always empty. The young man who called himself the manager with 3 young girls working their was rude. When I pulled up to place the order I started to order he kept saying to me in a very rude voice wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute then I ordered and he said what SIDES would you like. I said the 2 sides and when I got my ticket I was charged $2.99 for each side. I went in the building and told them they had charged me too much. He said no I didn’t and I said yes you did you charged me for side. He said you ordered extra side. I said no I order a meal and you said ‘SIDES which is more than no. He kept saying no I did not I said I am the customer and yes you did. Then he started getting smart talking and said I am the manager. I don’t give a crap if he thought he was the manager or not. He was rude and he said well I can give you your money back but his little manager position he didn’t have a managers key to return it to me. He finally got one and I left but on my way out the door he did something behind my back that i am sure is on camera which I am going to go today and have the day time manger look at it. He and his little girls where all giggling. Now we are aware why this Popeyes 11702 is always empty. Just a bunch of rude teenagers running it.
