Popeyes complaint: Cold Chicken

My complaint:

I went to Popeyes on my lunch brake. I placed my order for the 2 can dine. The chicken was cold. I turned around and brought the chicken back and explain that the chicken was cold. The worker stated I had to wait 12 minutes. I had no problem waiting the 12 minutes because I PAID for and wanted HOT CHICKEN. 18 minutes later, I still had not gotten my order. The girl at drive through saw me getting out of my car and stated oh they about to bring it. Instead of checking it before I left (because I took her word for it, and had waited 18 minutes) Get back to work, which is only 2 minutes away, more cold chicken. I went back and stated to the worker, the chicken is still cold. She then said, we just did the chicken. I told her to feel the breast. She did and provided me with another one. I am so disappointed that I spent half of my lunch break, trying to get what I paid for. Hot Chicken.

Suggested solution:

1) Do not sell cold chicken. 2) If someone make a complaint about the chicken, check to ensure they are receiving hot chicken. I would like a total refund for the time 3) Instead of being confrontational, apologize and replace the chicken after all, the chicken was given back to you, so you can verify that it was cold and not acceptable.4) Get a manager or team member who know how to monitor when it is slow and don't over fry so that they feel the need to pass on cold chicken so that Popeyes don't take a lost and you have unsatisfied customers. 5) I will leave this one up to you, I waited 18 minutes for hot chicken, and had to leave off my lunch break twice.
