My complaint:
First visit they shorted my carry out order . I ordered two thighs but only got one and they did not include the coke slaw with my order. Second visit today ordered a breast and leg spicy but got mild. Staff not friendly at all. If this keeps up they will have no customers. I have only been there twice but am reluctant to go back as the service is awful and extremely slow.
Suggested solution:
Replace the entire staff.
