My complaint:
Hello, Ive been coming to this pollo tropical location for years since Ive lived in the area and have always been satisfied. However over the past 3 months, in at least 5 separate occassions, the restaurant order taker tells me they dont have any sauces. I got a reply ‘ we dont make the sauces here’
I ly left and will not be back and will let people know this pollo tropical isnt offering sauces to go with the meals. Many people come hopig to get the sauces with their meal.
