My complaint:
I placed an order for a whole chicken my order was accepted when I went to pick it up they told me they were out of chicken…. I asked them what time you close the young lady in the front said 11pm well it was on 10:07pm and they were cleaning I came all the way over to pick up my online order and my account was debited this is definitely an inconvenience due to the fact they could have called me before I reached there to spare me a trip
Suggested solution:
A complimentary family meal which I order and was charged and I was told that I had to cancel my order online because they couldn’t do it only if it was in store. It was not my fault
