My complaint:
Your manager Fausto had the audacity to tell me if you do not make the line again to order your food I will call the police on you. I ask why do i have to make the line again he stated because my employee said that you skip the line, which it was not true. but the issue is how can a manager make a threat to a customer that is only trying to buy food for her grand daughter that is very unprofessional from his part and very disrespectful toward me i am an old lady not a delinquent neither make any threat toward him nor the restaurant. he did not even apologize only another crew member was very helpful
I would like to know if my complaint is going to have a solution i work in that restaurant before the pandemic in 2020 and i have 24 years of experience in fast food restaurant i am very disappointed at this time I will never go back to that restaurant again and I am a loyal customer but not anymore the total of my order was $9.08 for a half a chicken rice and beans

by making this manager aware of the customer right and his accountability as a manager for his action toward the customers
