My complaint:
Placed order for a complete chicken family meal with 3 sides and shredded pork and a ropa vieja platter.
Received order missing the ropa vieja platter, and the chicken was dry/burned.
Called customer service, he said they would replace and redeliver.
About an hour later, received call and email stating the order was cancelled, without an explanation.
Tried calling location and customer service, left 3 messages. Unable to reach anybody, nor received a returned call.
Suggested solution:
Refund or redeliver order $57.58
