PokerStars complaint: Unfairly treated and account blocked several times

My complaint:

Since I registered on pokerstars I submitted all documents and my account has been fully verified and docs validated twice. Last week all docs were verified once more. I was able to deposit and withdraw. Yesterday I made withdrawal half of it were sent to my bank account then they put on hold the other half. I was able to deposit further but then today my account has been blocked. I can’t contact support on live chat or phone. I received an email asking me to send again same docs that were previously sent. I replied to them mentioning that all docs were verified last week. They said they will look into it and let me know.

I raised more than 20 complaints on their live chat and email last week I never got a single reply from them. I asked for a manager they said I can’t speak to a manager and to send an email. When sending email non of them reply.

I really feel sick with all this situation. You come on pokerstars because you saw their advert on TV and they mentioned having the best customer service award but this is not the case. I have several chat transcripts with their live chat and when you going to read them you will see how unfair they are with me. They tried to con me several times and then they just closed the chat making you think that it’s a disconnection issue.

Legally speaking they do not have the right to act as such towards a customer.

I am suffering from this situation where I don’t with whom and how to report pokerstars for acting as such.

They gambling commission should fined them for doing this to a customer however I don’t know how to report this but will make sure to search further.

I want to know why do they keep blocking my account asking for docs then reopening the account then one week later closing it again and ask new docs?

Is that legal? I found this harrasing people.

I know we have rights as customer and I want my rights to be applied here.

I am also expecting a compensation once you read all the chats I have and for the hassle and sickness incurred through this really bad and unfair service offered.

Suggested solution:

I want them to reopen my account and stop asking for documents ever week. It does not make any sense.

I also want to receive a compensation of 2000 dollars. I believe this what I deposited throughout the last 30 days. So it has not been a pleasure as they advertised instead I spent days on their live chat complaining and not even getting a reply.

You come on their site to relax play and enjoy however I am just being sick with the hassle I am going through.

2 years ago - Since I provided them with all the information they requested nobody even replied. I sent them several emails without a reply. Do they have the right to act as such towards a customer? I believe we have rights as customers and gambling authority should be aware and take severe actions for the treatment received on poker stars. You never get the chance to speak to a manager. You can only contact them by email then again you barely receive any reply. Anyone knows how I can report this further? Thanks
