My complaint:

I have been taking my holidays as my contract is due to expire. Midweek on the 5th of May I made an enquiry about how many holidays I have left, I was told 6 so I asked to take it for the week to which I was told it is done. The same week Saturday they asked me if I want to come to work to which I asked once again how many holidays I have left to which I was told 2.7 days so I agreed to take them all. Now that my payslip has arrived I have been hugely underpaid and PMP is saying I did not have 5 days remaining but I was not told this, the last conversation was that I booked 5 days for the week of 5th May. They are saying this is mis communication however they did not tell me at all throughout the week that I don’t have holidays remaining. The person whom I am speaking to apologised for miss communication however has not offered a.resolve as I have asked to fix my pay. I even told the person it is PMP fault because if they told me I do not have holidays left I would have worked the week rather rather than being on holiday as I was told 5 days were booked off for me

Suggested solution:

Pay me my additional money for the holidays I took.
