PlaySpot complaint: Unable to cash out

My complaint:

For the past five months I have been unable to cash out from PlaySpot and haven’t ever received a response from customer services, despite sending numerous emails. I have nearly 70k in points waiting. Prior to the last five months, I was able to cash out without issues. Even if PlaySpot do dispute the legitimacy of my claim, it would be nice for them to respond.

I still have the app on my phone and have tried several recommended fixes, nothing works. Sending this not only in the hope someone can help, but also to warn other not to waste their time with an app that now seems bogus and also no longer appears on google play for android devices.

Suggested solution:

Reply to my emails and if they agree, email me amazon voucher codes for my 70k in points (approx)
