My complaint:
Hello I have 10 pounds worth of points that av tryed to cash out over a year period I keep getting a email saying it will be done within 7 days every single time I do it am hard up with money just now so that ten pound would help its paid me bout 4 times before into my pay pal but its just decided to not pay me for some reason now I would like compensation from playspot just for the amount of times over a year av tryed to withdraw my points they are gettin paid commission from all these apps and we get 1% of that if even that taking but not giving back although they claim they do I have cashed out maby 4 times then it just stopped working but stil allowing me to build more points and play some of there commission based games its unlawful false advertising so I would like my ten pound in points into my paypal account plus some compensation for the mucking about if that’s possible from your end it is ridiculous il attach a photo of my balance so you can see
Suggested solution:
By giving me my ten pound in play points and compensate me for the time wasting in the range of 50 pound to 150 pound if possible because av relied on that ten pound to pay things and ended up in more debt because they didn't pay out late fees from company's etc this has happened about 5 times with late fees between 30 and 50 pounds all cause I trusted this company to give me my ten pound that I could of transfered to my bank from pay pal
