Planet Hollywood complaint: Poor customer service

My complaint:

Manager would not address my issue in regards to a complaint in regards to the housekeeping of my room.
Manager on duty indicated that I had done a self-checking and asked for no housekeeping on my room.
Which was a lie because I did not do a self-checking and I did not ask for this wrong information to be put on my file.
After addressing this with the manager and ask him to remove this from my file.
The Manager left me standing at reception and walked off without addressing my concern or resolving the issue.
After standing there for 5 minutes waiting for him to return.
I then asked one of the other receptionists if this information had been removed from my file and he indicated it was still there.
I asked him could he please remove it and also if I could have the manager’s name as I was going to put a formal complaint in in regards to this situation.
The other reception is indicated he would was refusing to talk to me and would not give me the manager’s name.

I believe that this manager has filed in his duty of care in in addressing my concerns in regards to customer service.

Suggested solution:

I believe the manager needs retraining in regards to customer service.

As I believe this manager has no idea in regards to customer service.
