My complaint:
Earlier this evening my wife and I went to celebrate our son’s birthday. Everything was going well until we had to cut the evening short because my wife ate a piece of Mahi Mahi and became very ill.
The waitress did not get a manager and I left in a hurry to get some benadryl for her. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our experience as I had hoped.
She ordered the Mahi Mahi thinking it was simply fish. Something in the food caused her lips to swell, made her have hives, and she also lost her voice.
We seek assistance from you in hopes that the staff will be more aware of this since no one told us about the possibility of cross contamination. She is allergic to dairy, soy based products, nuts, and shellfish.
The item on the menu does not have a warning label on it.

Although the meal was removed from the bill it was not sufficient as my wife could not even speak because of the swelling of her tongue and lips.
Thankfully I was able to administer benadryl. My wife left a tip out of the kindness of her heart but I would not have. I feel the customer service was lacking.

Suggested solution:
I would greatly appreciate a refund as we had to leave immediately after the meal not even able to celebrate our son with a dessert of his choice for fear that my wife would need to go to the hospital.
