My complaint:
First I won over 2k then I set up a withdrawal for $1,200 then just played out the rest. I set it up as a wire transfer. Well about a month goes by till the decide to cancel it because “ you don’t have the request submitted properly” After in the past month I had contacted customer service more than a dozen times. Each time was different answers. Then I decided to try another route. I did a bitcoin withdrawal of $200. Thought it would be easier for them and it did say a shorter wait time than the wire. Well 7 business days has gone by as of today and first thing this morning they canceled my bitcoin withdrawal.
Suggested solution:
By following through with their word. So I can give you money to play but when I win you just blow me off and act like it’s my fault. What they are doing is illegal, immoral, and disrespectful. I would at least expect to get the withdrawal approved but considering everything I have been through I feel like there should be some compensation for having to go through all this for almost 2 months
