My complaint:

Like 6 months ago the card I use for verification was flagged by the fraud department at my bank somebody got my card info was using a blah blah blah they canceled that card, got a new card try to verify it couldn’t was told to email the documents department and explain to them details about my life that they do not need they do not need to know why I don’t have that card anymore people get new cars all the time people switch Banks people get it doesn’t matter why somebody has a new card you’re not their daddy you don’t need to know information about their life, regardless I gave them the information and sent them the documents front and back of the new card did not ever even hear a response from them sent multiple emails keep contacting their customer support and all they do is tell me to do the same shit I’ve already done and told them that I’ve already done absolutely ridiculous

Suggested solution:

By actually doing their job I used to use this site all the time make deposit it's got withdrawals everything was hunky dory and it's like they just don't want to ever have to pay me any more money so they just made it where I can't use the platform they need to respond they need to verify my new card and then let me go about my life this is absolutely ridiculous
