My complaint:

After how many emails back and forth concerning this matter it is still not resolved. No one answers me back on some emails. I get told refund was done. Then it will take 3 to 5 working days. Its been captured on the 27th of november, but still it is not reflecting at my bank. A refund re log complaint was send to finance department. I asked they must with me that the correct details was used. Still no reply from them or about my question. Im fed up with this. Sort this out. If not resolved I will get in contact with head office. Previous refunds showed within 2 days.
