My complaint:
I placed an order on the ASAP app on the 15th of February 2024. The one item was out of stock but I was charged for the item. I have called into pick n pay as well as sent numerous emails regarding my refund. I have been shunted from pillar to post because it seems like the right hand does not know what the left is doing. Meaning that my query keeps being handed over to a new person. I am beyond frustrated with the incompetence of some of the staff handling such a simple query.
I have also been having difficulty paying for any new orders on the app and once again my query goes from one person to another.
I am hop that this platform can assist me in getting my query sorted.
