My complaint:
I am typing this email in capital letters for you to understand i am furious.
See the reference number below.
I placed the order at 11:04, ed the change of address at 11:14.
I was assured that because my work address falls under canal walk as well, which is closer to canal work than my home, that it would be delivered to my work address.
I called again at 11:52 to the address has been changed and the lady assured me yes it was and she would call the driver as extra assurance.
It was not!!!
The driver called to say they at my home address!!!
I called again and spoke to a young man who hung up on me!!
I have to apparently reorder the order i placed over 2 hours ago.

Suggested solution:
Deliver my order and have management call me to explain what happened.
Or a full refund! No in Pick n Pay wallet but into my account!
