ParcelCompare complaint: Lost parcel, undervalued refund despite invoice, 6 weeks still no refund

My complaint:

Where do I start, when he came to collect parcel he had no label, assured me all would be fine and marked it as collected.

4 days later parcel is lost, 3 weeks backwards and forwards parcel compare finally admitted it was lost and it was their fault.

A further 2 weeks and proof odlf payment later, they say refund of 130 for an item that I proved cost 190, and 18 quid for postage, plus a 15 pound voucher in my account. Not the greatest but at least something, I’m out of pocket by 30 odd quid but have free postage for the company who lost my parcel :/ hmm, don’t think that will be used lol.

Anyway we are now 6/7 weeks in, and still no refund in my bank, it takes them less rhan a minute to take the money, every time I email (at least once a day) I get a generic response claiming their is a delay in processing refunds, happy to share all comms:)
As of today (17th august) still zero in my account and the generic responses still keep coming.
My business is only small and the negative review from the customer awaiting a refund is having an impact on me, as a small business I can’t afford to just hand back 150.

Suggested solution:

Refund me the amount of the invoice in a timely manner
