My complaint:

Hello on February 18,2023, I ordered a medium cheese pizza an order of 15 chicken poppers and a Mountain Dew. When my food arrive I was handed no receipt and realized my Mountain Dew was missing when I went to inform the delivery driver he told me it was the manager fault and that he would have to come back. Furthermore I proceeded to check my food and it was cold, so I called and was on hold for 35-40 minutes before a manager came to the phone. However once I gave my name and the reason for the call he proceeded to say he would replace the pizza and make sure the Mountain Dew was with it to be delivered ASAP. I waited until the store closed and never got my food. I am so disappointed that I had to get something else to feed my kids because I paid over 40$ (tip included)for cold pizza and half of what I ordered. This is beyond ridiculous and frustrating after I called and talked to a manager and was promised my food would be delivered and no one came nor did I receive a phone call or anything. If this doesn’t get resolved I will do what is necessary to hold whoever was responsible accountable. Even if I have to get the news and a lawsuit involved. You can’t just take people money and not give them what they paid for.

Suggested solution:

I would like to have what I ordered freshly made or a refund and an apology.
