Papa Johns Pizza complaint: Awful food awful service over the call in which wasn’t even at the store tried to overcharge me

My complaint:

I called to place my order when generally I use my app but I did my have my other phone so I thought I was talking to a person at the store but apparently I was mistaken she repeats my order and I corrected her but then she tells me for one order of burnt breadsticks and thr cheese that comes with it not the pizza sauce she put down and two garlic sauce was 9$ I can’t believe I can get an entire pizza for that turns out she charged me for the cheese and put pizza sauce as my side which made my order 9$ thank god I looked at my order because the breadsticks are entirely burned I even heard one person say something about it but they just sold me burned food and when I came back she thought Maybe one or two of them might be overcooked but then blamed the dough so if they already knew that it was cooking burnt then why not fix the issue before I pay 9$ for the smallest pieces of dough they could throw into the oven and what are you even thinking when you sell ten breadsticks with only one sauce that’s the last time I go get anything from your store and tell your employees to wear their masks on their faces and to wear gloves my god I want my 9$ Back these things are so small and still crunchy so I won’t even eat them what a sad day

Suggested solution:

Train the staff to not sell food they wouldn’t eat and maybe sell your 10 breadsticks with 2 sauces and provide better safety training
And oh ya refund my money because you can’t refund my time
