My complaint:

I went to the Willowbrook mall to return a t-shirt on Monday 1/15 Jan. 15th and I explained that I can’t put the return on my debit card because I had fraud charges and I had to close the account. I explained I needed to put it on the new debit card or get cash back because I had my receipt and it was within the return time. The manager said I can’t put it on the new card and she can’t give me cash back even though I paid with my debit card, which is the same as cash. She also said they can’t give store credits that day for some reason. It was absolutely ridiculous that she wouldn’t let me return a 39.99 t-shirt w the receipt and showed I paid with debit!!! When I asked her for her name she told me she doesn’t give out her name but she said she was the manager that day! That I have never heard of!!! She wouldn’t give me her name, wouldn’t return my t-shirt and I had to leave and I still have the shirt that doesn’t fit!!! I think this is awful customer service and she was extremely rude on top of it!!!!! I have never complained about anyone but this was ridiculous and now I can’t return something that doesn’t fit! I don’t want to shop at this store ever again!!!

Suggested solution:

I want to return this t-shirt and get my money back because I don’t want to shop here again! Customer service was awful!!!!
