My complaint:
I sold an item on ebay on 17 June 2020. I dispatched it, through Packlink, the following day. It was picked by Hermes driver but never booked in at the distribution centre in Avonmouth, Bristol. I put in a compensation claim with Packlink on 1 July2020. They completed the loss evaluation on 2 July 2020. on 10 July 2020, Packlink sent me an email stating my compensation claim had been sent to their insurers the file would be solved within 30 days. I’ve sent emails to them on 10, 17, 19 20 August for an update, but have yet to receive any response!
Suggested solution:
They should respond to my emails give me an update. They should have, by now, paid my compensation.
