My complaint:

ON THE 161122 I SOLD AN ITEM ON EBAY, I USED EBAY PACKLINK TO SEND IT, THIS WAS
THE FIRST TIME THAT I USED THIS METHOD, EBAY EST TIME TO BUYER 231122, THE 231122 CAME AND WENT, THE TRACKING ON SELLER EBAY SAID DISPATCHED ON
161122, NO IN TRANSIT, NO DELIVERED, ABOUT THE 291122 THE BUYER AND I WERE IN
CONTACT, THE BUYER SAID NO DELIVERY, SO ASKED EBAY TO REFUND HIM, WHICH IS WHAT TOOK PLACE, FOR ME NOW, NO MONEY NO ITEM, SO I PHONED YODEL, THIS IS
THE FIRM PACKLINK USED IN MY CASE, AND ASKED WHY HAD MY PARCEL NOT BEEN
DELIVERD, YODEL SAID THE PARCEL WAS DELIVERD ON THE 191122, IT WAS LEFT IN A
SAFE PLACE, AND A PHOTO WAS TAKEN OF THAT SAFE PLACE, SO I ASKED IF THEY
COULD SEND ME THAT PHOTO, THEY SAID NO BECAUSE THE DRIVER COULD NOT
DOWNLOAD THE PHOTO, SO I SAID YOU HAVE NO PROOF YOU EVER DELIVERD MY
PARCEL, WELL ( NO WAS THE ANSWER ), I PHONED THEM THE NEXT DAY AND WAS
GIVEN THE SAME INFORMATION, SO I PUT IN A CLAIM WITH PACKLINK, PACKLINK REPLIED
BY EMAIL 2 DAYS OR SO LATER, THEY SHOWED A PICTURE, BY PDF OF A SIGNATURE
IN WHAT LOOKED LIKE A GENERIC PICTURE, NOT A PHOTO, WHICH WAS A SCRIBBLE,
NO COMPENSATION WAS TO BE HAD, SO I EMAILED THEM BACK, POINTING OUT THAT
I HAD BEEN IN DISCUSSION WITH YODEL AND THEY HAD DELIVERD THE PARCEL ON THE
191122, BUT HAD TO LEAVE IT IN A SAFE PLACE, BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET A
SIGNATURE FROM THE BUYER, AND COULD NOT PROOVE THIS BECAUSE A PHOTO COULD NOT BE DOWNLOADED, SO I SAID WHICH IS IT SAFE PLACE OR SIGNATURE
I THINK THEY ARE IN COLLUSION, TO DEFRAUD ME, OF A RIGHTFUL COMPENSATION.
