My complaint:
I sent my Sold item on ebay, two days later it arrived at the buyers address. When she opened it, it was broken/damaged. My buyer asked for a refund, which i agreed. I tried for Days to claim compensation. So I eventually went to Resolver, that got a response finally from EVRI, who said I must fill out a claim form to PACKLINK! Someone I, or anyone else I know had ever heard of! I filled out a form and sent it. The next day I got a call from a Representative at ebay, the lady, Megan told me to go to ebay again and they would take on the claim. So I did, but they knew nothing about it! A day later i got an email from, PACKLINK, to say that, I never had a claim, because the item was an Antique. As far as I knew, I was dealing with, EVRI, and no matter what I sent I would be covered! Ebay never at any time advised me that I was sending through another company, or that my item would need insurance.
Suggested solution:
Pay the compensation, for the refund paid and the loss of my valuable time! Amazon resolve a complaint within 5 mins, this has taken a Week!!!
