Packlink complaint: Damaged item. Refused compensation claim unfairly.

My complaint:

Dear Sir Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Package delivery

The issue that I have experienced was:

I wanted to contact you with a complain regarding my damaged parcel and item claim.

I did file a claim and received the answer saying they did agree the parcel was damaged. But after I’ve received an answer from the Darragh Customer Support Advisor eBay Delivery powered by Packlink Saying that my item was not packed properly.

In the mean time they have not checked my pictures properly and ignored that on the pictures apart of bubble wrapping there was an inside layer of strong carbon paper (similar to inner box), the item was laid on it.
They just mentioned that it was wrapped in bubble paper. But The pictures have all the packaging unwrapped to show all the content of the wrapping as well as the item. The box had an inner layer carbon paper as well as bubble and paper wrapping protection that they ignored.
I did contact them again asking to check the pictures again. And also I’ve attached the picture showing of how it was wrapped so they can see properly. The inner layer was squeezed as well. But have not received any reply so far.

I’m very dissappointed with the service and find the decision very unfair. I’ve packed the item well. And it feels very unfair after damaging the item, not checking the picture properly and just put my claim down and do not give me any response to my emails.

It’s an unfair big losses for me as The new expensive item is not working as it’s damaged now , plus I’ve lost the delivery fees and selling fees also.

In my emails to Packlink I did attach files with pictures so they could check that the item was packed properly but again no response so far.

It occurred on: 25062020 (I did write an email with a claim on this date).

This meant that I’m very frustrated as I had an ebay claim opened against me as If I’ve sold not working item. I had big money losses of the expensive new item that is damaged now(26.95£), plus delivery costs and selling fees.
I’ve tried Packlink only because I do trust ebay and they recommended this company. But it’s a terrible mistake I’ve done.
Not a trustful delivery company. Not fair decision to my compensation claim after damaging my item and no response to my emails.

I would like Packlink to compensate me the damaged item costs and refund the delivery fees.

I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
