Packlink complaint: Awful customer service, wrong and misleading information when purchasing a service and parcel stuck in transit without no one assisting to solve the issue

My complaint:

When purchasing the service online it seemed quite easy and straightforward, but that was it. The rest of the process have been a nightmare, from not picking up the parcel on the day ( 5 days later) to the worst customer agent that i have ever seen (replying every 2 days and every reply is as vague as when we began our conversation) parcel is still stuck in transit after 2 weeks, they have asked for so many documentation that was not stated anywhere on the website and the agent has been so unhelpful that the situation have been stuck for more than 5 day and we are still waiting to hear a response from it

Suggested solution:

clarifying the documentation needed and their customer service team if they were to put a bit of effort that would not kill them on the process
