My complaint:

I took a ride on 07142019, rom my house to rite aide store then back home the charge for the ride was $7.66, when I got home I noticed I was charged $9.91 which more than what I had on my debit card, so it was declined I’ve been commicate back and fourth with Lyft over this with no resolution, now there not responding to me at all, I don’t know who to talk to about this because there wrong

Suggested solution:

I want Lyft to fix the problem, so I can use the card for future payments, there is $8.91 which is enough to cover the $7.66 charge for the ride, I had to use a different card to pay the $7.66, I don't know if they will accept the card I previously use which is card I had been using with Lyft.
