My complaint:

I purchased an item of £40 from this site the agreement was to make 4 seperate payments on weekly terms this is a payment option given to you at the checkout called ourpay after filling my bank account details and card number to make my agreed payment of £10 and for the future payments they went and took the whole £40 I have sconce then tried every way possible tob contact this company with no response I don’t want the order which is still waiting despach by the way I want my money back

Cancel the order and refund me immediately this money was in my account for a reason something of a priority debt
