My complaint:
Dear Sir/Madam, On october 6, 2023 i booked tickets for a round trip Tel Aviv-Copenhagen (reference 128763557109- Reservation 2PVURM). Unfortunately, on November 9, 2023, both flights were cancelled by Norwegian airline. It’s been 5 months now and after countless calls to both Opodo and Norwegian airline, i have not received any refund. Your website states that it only takes 3 months maximum to obtain refunds. As stated previously, i called Norwegian and they assured me that they had refunded Opodo. If it is so, Opodo is blatantly lying (see email from opodo below) and keeping the money for itself, which is fraudulent. When i call the customer service of Opodo i get vague answers, and stalling strategies. The lack of professionalism of Opodo is staggering and i am prepared to do whatever it takes, legally, to obtain my duly owned refund. Be advised that i filed a complaint with the European Commission 2024/ DT110608.
