My complaint:
I booked online on 1272021 under my name : Georges Chawki Badr. The flight was on the 14th of July. We requested to cancel the ticket and get a refund and we got an answer saying:
New request created with ID: RE-298315 from website Administration.
The last email received from your side was on 30102021 saying:
Your request has been logged with request ID: RE-323119
and it says that it will be solved in 15 working days.
Today, December 14,2021, the last call was done with an employee who took the info again and said that he transmit the case to the sales department as was always stated by the others employees and nothing ever happened.

It's so disappointing that an important and well known company like yours treats the clients in such a weird way. I have been calling you for the past 5 months and paying international phone calls more that the refund that will be done for the ticket.
I really appreciate if you would consider my case and deal with it in a highly important way because what was happening is really unacceptable with such an airlines company.
