Oman Air complaint: CANCELLED FLIGHT – WAITING FOR A REFUND

My complaint:

We had flights booked to return to the UK for Christmas on 17.12.21. Oman Air cancelled this flight and offered us an alternative flight 5 days later – this was no good for us as we would miss a family event. Therefore I requested a refund through the website and got an email back from the refund team stating that they would respond within 15 days. It is now over a month and numerous emails and telephone calls and still not response. We have already had to book replacement flights with another airline and I need to get this refund from Oman Air. Customer service have been so unhelpful and still nothing from the refund team.

Suggested solution:

I would just like to hear back from someone as promised - just like it says when you Google it...
How long is the refund from Oman Air?
Every passenger will get a refund only after making the refund request. Submit the request via refund form or customer service. Once you have applied the refund request, you will gain the refund within 7 working days. The refund is either given in the full or partial amount to the passenger as per the official rules.
