Oman Air complaint: Cancelled flight notification and refund

My complaint:

I have booked 2 flights from-to Duqm-Muscat. In each I have and taken one leg of the journey and the next flight is expected to be in December and January 2023 respectively.
Omanair transferred the operations between Duqm and Muscat to Salam Air. I believe this is a subsidiary of Omanair. Apparently, this was implemented during October 2022.
I was not notified of this by Omanair nor offered and alternative through Salamair, so I contacted Omanair. I spoke with their representative who asked me to apply for a refund through the website, which I have done.
This has neither been acknowledged or actioned. Both flights remain active in the app for me to ‘manage my trip.
As a Sindbad Silver member (920009005) I question why I should continue to remain loyal to an organisation that does not seem to care about me.

Suggested solution:

I would like them to honour their commitment to provide me with the full trip cost of each. I would also like compensation in the form of Sindbad points and or protection of my Silver status beyond the current expiration date. In short, show me that they care and I am a valued customer.
